Enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is good —right next to the beautiful Vondelpark, and within walking distance to all the major museums. Plus, there's a tram stop nearby, making it super convenient for getting around the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay - we recieved multiple key cards, and were able to store the cheese we have bought to bring home in their fridge upon our request. The only small downside is that, like in many old buildings in Amsterdam, there is no lift, so it makes it difficult to carry big luggage upstairs with steep stairs. However, the staff were quick to accommodate us by switching our room to a lower floor when they saw how heavy our luggage was, which made a difference. Upon arrival we recieved complimentary fruits and a bottle of wine. It was also pretty warm in the building. Overall, it was a great experience!

We encountered a bit of a situation within the family on our visit and the staff were exceptional with us. Really helpful and patient. We would like to offer our thanks to the two gents who helped us, we really apologise for the inconvenience! Our rooms were comfortable and spacious, bed size was great and bedding comfortable and clean little alarmed and swipe card set up on the room doors, we each had our own bathrooms/showers/baths/toilets. Building is a short (2 mins) walk from Tram stop on route no.s 2 and 12. Lovely neighbourhoood with bars/cafes near (but no noise from them and quiet streets). Try the pizza place over the street too. We were able to leave our luggage stacked with other customers within the reception area before check in, again, staff were lovely and we each got little stroopwaffels on our exit, Thank you my neighbours magnolia!

Really lovely location, right by a nice big park and near cafe’s, the tram was at the end of the road which was really convenient to get into the centre - we usually walked though which takes about 30/40 minutes as its nice to see the surrounding area - the hotel is also only about 10 minute walk from museums like the Van Gogh/moco museum We booked a triple room and it was much bigger than I expected, with a balcony and a small kitchen/dining room as well - the beds were really comfortable and the staff friendly - check out being at 11am was nice and more relaxed too as most hotels usually have a check out at 10am- over all we loved it!

This is my second time in Amsterdam but first time in this hotel. I fell in love with the friendliness of the staff, especially Elroy. He showed us typical places to eat, where to take public transport and many other tips, he really helped us make our holidays fun and easy. When the welcome is of this type the hotel is rated 5 stars. There are stairs for those who have difficulty with suitcases especially is heavy but even in this case the fantastic Elroy helped us without even asking. The room was spacious and with a small garden outside, the bathroom was comfortable and with a welcome gift in the room. Definitely recommended.

The Neighbour’s Magnolia truly lives up to its name. It is beautifully surrounded by blooming magnolia trees, which add such a lovely touch to the atmosphere. The space was cozy, with a warm, local vibe. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and always ready to assist. The location was perfect for our plans. We wanted to explore the city on foot and visit nearby museums, and it was only about a 15-minute walk to most of the spots on our list. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. P.S. One things to note, there is no elevator, so light traveling is a good idea!
